Please be informed that due to the Covid-19 pandemic situation and to provide and sustain the safety of our employees and consumers, we are forbidden from accepting any product returns (this supersedes any and all conditions below). We (as a part of a food supply chain) will not jeopardize the safety of Canadians for any business matter.
We will be back to normal business when the Covid-19 situation is resolved and the government of Canada removes all restrictions considering the existing situation.
Canada Post Shipping In Canada
- For all orders with subtotal over $99, shipping is free of charge if the option presented at checkout is selected.
- We occasionally have promotions that offer free shipping with or without a coupon code. These promotions are valid for a limited time and not applicable to orders made prior to the promotion.
All orders include tracking information sent directly to the customer’s email provided.

Return and Refund Policy
Revolution Nutrition prides itself on producing great-tasting, innovative supplements of the highest quality. Our supplements are made in a GMP-certified facility.
- Revolution Nutrition is not responsible for shipping and handling returned items.
- We cannot accept returns based on taste, mix-ability, consistency, or appearance because most products (protein, extracts, amino acids, etc.) are of natural sources or synthetically derived and these characteristics may change slightly, from time to time. However, the consistency of every product will always remain within an acceptable range established by our quality control department.
- Any issues you have with an order or product must be emailed to us and fill out the form.
- If there was a promotional item included in your order, including buy one, get one free promotion, we will not credit any free item.
- If we choose to grant credit, the amount of the credit will not exceed the total amount of the order.
- Revolution Nutrition must be contacted within 24 hours of receipt of your order if there was a missing item.
- A 10% restocking fee applies based on customer dissatisfaction, customer error, and/or wanting to return a product for promotion, sale, or special.
- Returned items cannot be marked, damaged, opened, and must be in reasonable condition.
- Full refunds will be granted ONLY if the above conditions have been met, minus the cost of the initial shipping fee.
- If you wish to return an item and the order total after your return drops below the $99 subtotal for free shipping a $9.99 will be subtracted from your return total given back to you.
- Promotions will change on a regular basis, we will not accept returns or grant refunds for the difference in price if you missed a particular promotion.
- Gift cards and e-gift cards are not eligible for partial or full refunds.
Returns due to Address Error
If your order is Returned due to an address error (missing unit number, street number or incorrect Postal Code, etc.) you will be responsible for the Return and the Reshipping Fee.
Orders are processed immediately after purchase. If you wish to cancel your order after it has already been processed, please fill out the form. Note: you will be responsible for returning the products in their unopened, original condition.
If you wish to cancel your order after placing it, please contact us immediately before the shipment gets ‘completed’ otherwise, there will be a 10% restocking fee.
Considering the vast amount of orders Revolution Nutrition is processing on a daily basis, and the speed at which we process them, it is nearly impossible to make changes to your order once it has been placed. Once an order has been placed and is still ‘processing’ we can attempt to apply changes if requested immediately. Once an order is ‘completed’ it is not possible to edit or modify the order.
It is extremely important to review your order to make sure it is correct before submitting it.
You will assume the risk for the products once they have been delivered to the shipping address which you specified when ordering the products. We accept no liability where you provide an incorrect shipping address or where you fail to collect the products from the shipping address that you specified.
Incorrect or Missing Items
- If you received an incorrect item or order do not open any of the products and contact us immediately so we can rectify the issue. If you open a product, that product will no longer be accepted for a return, credit, or refund.
- You MUST send us an email within 24 hours of the package arriving in the shipping address that was provided or the postal outlet to which the package was delivered.
- If your product arrived damaged, you MUST contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will require you to send us an image of the damaged product in order to process your claim. If you are you are not able to send us an image of the damaged product we will not be able to process your claim.
- All information, product descriptions, images, and all other content on Revolution Nutrition is protected by copyright laws. You may not use or copy any content without prior permission from Revolution Nutrition. If you wish to use any content, please fill out the form for permission.
- Discounts, coupons codes, free shipping, promotion shipping, free gifts with purchase (purchase must meet minimum purchase condition to receive free gift) BOGO Free (Buy one, Get one Free) or other similar promotional offers/advantages are valid on specifically selected products and/or flavors under the cart/checkout subtotal before the applicable taxes or shipping costs if applicable, for as long as supplies last, can or cannot be used with other offers, discounts or coupon codes depending on the promotion.
- Free gifts automatically appear in the cart once the required threshold is reached or when the coupon code has been applied to the cart. Free gifts with purchase returns are subject to our return policy.
- BOGO Free promotions will be applied to the lowest dollar amount or equal dollar amount item only. BOGO Free promotions are only available while supplies last. Be sure to select multiples of two items from applicable BOGO Free products to ensure getting the second item of the same or different flavor on promotion. BOGO Free returns are subject to our return policy.
- Revolution Nutrition reserves the right to edit, add or remove the discounts, coupon codes, free shipping, promotion shipping, free gift with purchase, BOGO Free (Buy one Get one Free), and other similar promotional offers/advantages at any given time with or without announcement or notice. Other restrictions or exclusion limitations may apply.
- Only one ambassador coupon code can be valid per order placed on www.revolution-nutrition.com. When an order placed with more than one ambassador coupon it is at Revolution Nutrition’s discretion to arbitrarily accept one as a promotional offer and reject additional ones.
- Gift Cards or e-gift cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible goods and services at www.revolution-nutrition.com by either adding the card balance into the customer account dashboard or by using the coupon code at the checkout page. The remaining balance can be used on a future purchase.
- We are not responsible if any gift card or e-gift card is lost, stolen or destroyed, or your revolution-nutrition.com balance or any gift card or e-gift card is used without your permission.
- We will have the right to void gift cards or e-gift cards or any other component of your revolution-nutrition.com balance, close customer accounts and bill alternative forms of payment if we suspect that a gift card or e-gift card is obtained, used or applied to a revolution-nutrition.com account (or your revolution-nutrition.com balance is applied to a purchase) fraudulently, unlawfully or otherwise in violation of these terms and conditions.
